Once again into the breach...
Intel (a leaked conversation) says the grand opening is set for this Saturday (25 Feb 12). I'll be checking with other resources for verification. Would everyone else please check what you've got?
I'm ready. Anyone else available?

Shall you and I meet somewhere and take a single car south? We could swing past Moonchylde's place (if he's coming) on the way to fun.

Re: Once again into the breach...
Is there a set time for this? I live close, but I'm trying to avoid scheduling conflicts.

Re: Once again into the breach...
The more, the merrier.
FYI, I just did a drive-by recon of the org a few minutes ago. They are fucking packed! They've filled their lot, the church across the street's lot (with permission, apparently... there's a sign that says "event parking"), and I saw a bunch of people in suits crossing the intersection from over on Rt. 25, not sure how far they had to walk but it was at least a few blocks if they were looking for public parking. They've got a party tent in the lot facing Main St., but it's covered tight. I guess it was in case the weather gets warmer? Judging by the amount of cars I could see, there's at least a couple hundred people there now, and more rolling in as we speak... not to mention that according to my source, there's nearly a hundred staying at the hotel that are being shuttled to and from the org.
The real issue, though, is they have three or four sheriff's deputy cruisers in the lot, and a clam I didn't recognize was talking to one of the cops and pointing across the street at the now empty sidewalk. I'm starting to get the feeling that our presence won't be well received.
Don't know if anyone's gonna catch this update, but I thought I'd throw it out there anyway. See ya'll in a half hour.
