February Pre Raid Planning

I'm out for the 14th and 21st now. I'll see you guys in March. Looks like you're going to have a fairly warm day for February if the weather reports hold out. What was it last year, like 10 degrees or something? I wasn't there but I remember it was cold as fuck that February. I don't know what's going on this year but it looks like we might be in for an early spring.

A search of the Kentucky Revised Statutes shows no restrictions. There are several news articles reporting on LOCAL efforts to ban the wearing of masks in public as a means of diluting the influence of the klan. Most were overturned by the Federal courts...

If it's in the KRS, it would be in the 500 series, that's the part that covers criminal acts. I also checked Boone County and City of Florence ordinances, and neither had the words "mask" or "obscure" in them anywhere. Both had "face", but that was in the ordinances covering adult sexual shops. (They had phrases like, "...the application shall have on its face a statement...")

I'll double check with a legal type this week to see what can be found. I might even be able to get an opinion from the county attorney, but that would require stepping pretty lightly.

Not being from KY and not having to worry about toe stomping, what say I (possibly) burn one of my email drops and send an inquiry on behalf of the Cincinnati/NKY Anons? If nothing else, it would put the locals on the watch for peaceful picketers and give them an intro into the cult's acts of repression against critics...

Well, I just got a gf (i no rite? ) so I might be able to do some of the 14th, but I'm thinking 21st will be safer?

I have a damn "tool association seminar" tomorrow... which Sucks.

It runs from 9-12, so Unless I can get a ride, I'm going to have to take a seat on hte sidelines (again...)

Sorry for the tinfoil hat, but we have avoided problems by being careful and we want to keep it that way. After tomorrow there will be less paranoia.

I'm glad to see there are still people fighting the good fight and showing up. I have obligations to attend to but I may attempt a drive-by if I can. My life has been so busy these past few months that I can't invest any time in anon at the moment. I'm gonna try for next month but I can't make any promises right now. I got something setup. PM sent with number, but after 12:50 I will be turning off my phone and heading to the RV point.

If you do make it before then, call me or have Cudgel send a tweet so I know I can head over. I should also have a two way radio. I'll check the same channels we've been using.
