The dreaded poll

NOTE: To allow for individuals to plan, voting will end on Thursday, December 24!

December is flying by and we need to decide whether or not to IRL or Christmas card. And if we're going to IRL the borg, when.

Here's your choices, kids. And you can vote for more than one!!!

I put my vote down for the 28th, as I'm currently working 12 hour night shifts wed-sat, and would love to be able to do this again. For some reason, I miss you guys. After Christmas has passed by, my hours will be cut severely for a few months, so I'll be more flexible then, but for right now... yeah.

Sorry about missing November... I got a new job, and they like me for thurs-sun. It's much better than my older job, so I'm not doing anything to piss my new overlords managers off.

I prefer either the 26th or the 28th. I might have work on Saturday, but I don't have work on Monday, and classes are canceled for both, so *insert deity of choice's name here* willing, I should be open. Theme for this, like Santa Suits and such, or a more serious one?

Also: what raiding gear should I bring if we do a IRL raid?
I got a new (decent/crappy) camera,
8 albums of "Lulz: A Corruption of LOL"
Dual Audio Input Cable (does our Music setup have an input for a headphone?)
And a surprise (hopefully)

a Monday is good...since school is out, and we could do it later for those who have to work...I was thinking no one was alive here..really. Thanks for arising from the dead!

Are you the one with the portable sound equipment? I don't think I've seen it in action, so I don't know who has it. If need be, I'll bring a mini Boom-Box if you are.

I have the back-up boombox backpack (well, it's a satchel, but who really cares). It has a line inout jack so we could feed your Ipod/MP3 player into it. Or play CD's, if that's what we need done. I'll charge the batteries and bring it along (it's actually in the car trunk with my raid kit)...

My thinking was to start around 4 and go until 6. High traffic as Cincinnati goes home. I should have some time tomorrow to make a few special signs a la "why are they dead?" and "Happy Holidays. Has you familt heard from you?" I should also be able to get the tapers and paper cups (wind shields) for the event. I'll bring extras in case we have others joining us.

Followed by an hour (or two, maybe three - who knows?) of frivolity in a pub).

And yes, we need to attempt to make the trip. Before the event or after is the question. Shouldn't take quite as long since we know where we're going...
