Well I played the card and won the match. The downside is that the battle is not over, I have A TON of stuff I need to finish by tomorrow if I want to go. Also, it would need to be Saturday or Sunday for me to be able to get there.

I am still amongst the living. Between work, family and life in general I've had little time to do much more than check in to read. Haven't had anything to add to the conversation, so I've kept moving.

I am not available to raid until NEXT Saturday or Sunday (January 29/30). If more people can do it THIS weekend, go for it.

'sauce: if we go on the 29th or 30th, do you think you can make it? I'm more than willing to adjust my travel plans to help you attend.

Anyone reading this: WE NEED TO START PLANING FOR THE OPENING OF THE IDLE ORG!!!!!!!!!!! We need to get together to PLAN in February. If it's a weeknight, so be it. Who can come when? The where we'll keep amongst ourselves, but the when we can discuss openly.

I know I won't be able to go this weekend, but the 29th should work for me being Sunday. And yes, they are still against the car pool idea.

I would like some more info on the idle org if someone could spare it, I haven't had much time to do a lot of research lately.

Right now I'm available on the 29th, if all goes well. As for a planning meet, I'm starting a new job Monday, but it's 1st shift, Monday through Friday. So weekends are good, weeknights might be a little trickier as I'd have to plan around taking my gf to and from work (she usually works 5-9, and her schedule changes weekly). Let me know a time and I'll see what I can do. My internet access is sketchy as hell right now, but I'll try and check here at least once a day.

The cookies are ready. I have the sound system charged and TESTED by others than myself. The cameras are in the car trunk, charged and ready.

As long as everything goes as planned Ill be there. Hopefully they don't pull a stunt like last time, try to bribe me with a new tv, and then just not go at all. What time shall we all meet at our outpost?

We generally don't go into Starbucks just to avoid conflict. There are often scilons there buying coffee since the org is too cheap to provide it. (Actually, it's against the cult's philosophy to give ANYTHING away). Besides, hot beverages are what thermoses were made for...

If it matters, the manager of the bagel store across the street is used to me wandering in to buy water and use the restroom wearing my beard (technical difficulties make it impossible for me to wear the Guy)...
